Hubby and I have a 3 horse slant with living quarters. Half the fun of horse shows for me has been staying on the grounds, saves cash, too. I'm not a hotel person. We're working on a pretty tight budget this year, so I'm very carefully planning what shows to take Fire to. I may show Shez Inpsync, our yearling filly, later in the year if we can swing it. As his saddle training is just going to resume asap my arena melts, he's just being shown in Halter 3 yo Stallions and aaoth Stallions right now.
I worked a lot with him last year, a lot of ground work and he's been fully tacked, just I've never been on him yet. Will be refreshing his memory with some ground work and tacking and with hubby's help he's moving forward to me on his back in the near future.
Just concentrating on getting him to Nationals this year and praying he gets the necessary remaining points to make it!
