Hello, everyone!
I've been reading all about the Ammy Army since it's inception; pretty impressive what this group does, I have to say. I am a fairly new owner, I've had horses for about 8 years; currently have 15 Arabians and 1 grade mare.
We live south of Dallas, just between Corsicana and Athens, Texas on 70 acres of Pecans, Oaks and lots of grass
. It's taken me some time to decide on a focus of what I want out of this horsey life; and so we have quite a mix of bloodlines. We have one Polish import mare, Modna, who is a Penitent daughter; and a gem of a girl. We have two Straight Egyptian mares and 2 Straight Egyptian geldings, along with a couple of Egyptian-sired herd members. To top it off, we have a beautiful Apollo Bey daughter, and a daughter of Apollopalooza; these two girls will be the foundation of what we breed in the future.
Most of my horse life has been spent being heavily involved in rescue; we'll always do this; but hope to focus some on showing our first home bred, ShaikhhnotStirred, an Egyptian sired colty soon to be gelding, likely Sport Horse in hand.
