My name is Nicole. I mainly show ACS currently...economy just not worth going to Class A right now, will be next year though. I am a proud momma of 2 wonderful horses. My PB Arab gelding "Guess" and my TB mare "Girlie" or "Big Mare" - long story on why she gets called Girlie.

Guess is my all around boy shown Halter, HP, WP, Dressage, SH, Country Pleasure and leadline. Love this boy. He brought back why I loved arabs. I left dealing with them for a bit because of trainers I knew and their BS ways of "training". Have had him a little over a year. And the true meaning of a tent horse, very attached and loyal.

Girlie is retired from any showing and ridden 2-3 times a week riding at the stable, had a 5 year racing career before I got her. But intend to breed her in a couple years for what I believe will be an outstanding Anglo-Arab foal. As I've spent the time and found she is 90-95% arabian as it is, explains the floaty trot and pretty head. Only a 1 hole adjustment needed between her and Guess with bridles.

Are you going to the ACS show at Corunna in a few weeks? I'll be there with my pink pony, she not hard to spot. We'll be doing the green horse classes and it'll be our first attempt at cantering in public, so try not to watch! :^)

Welcome to MI! You should do the SH classes at the A shows here, if Guess is the one in your pic I think he would do quite well!

Aww so you call yours a pony too. Guess is only 14.2...maybe 14.3 with shoes. He did do some SH in Class A before we got him and didn't do too bad. At Mason#1 he did get 2nd in Suitable to be a Dressage Horse and a lower 60% score in Training Level test 2 novice horse....first time my sister ever did a dressage test. She does the showing, but I may have the guts to do W/T Mature rider soon, bum knee keeps me from being able to properly ride Guess's canter. He needs ALOT of leg.

We should make sure to meet at the next show.
