To make a long story short, I have a great horse who was professionallly trained. He's all mine now and I care for him every single day. His former youth rider (my daughter) has no time for him, or me, and since I have been slowly bringing him back literally from death, and now am riding him, it is only fair I show him, right?
Pneumonia October 15th. Hospitalized for 11 days October 18th. Note I ended my marriage of 20 years on October 11th.
Emergency colic surgery (no necrosis thank God!) December 5th.
It was a bad winter.
He is better now.
So am I. I think.
Entering a tiny schooling show July 30th. If I drink enough before entries are due, I might enter the AHBAN show in September. I've lost the weight and I have the clothes.
My daughter has the show tack. Pray I don't have to obtain a Court Order to get it from the ex..... She seems to think it is HERS and has forgotten the little detail of who bought and paid for it.
~sigh~ While I could be negative and say life sucks, it's just a bad day. My life is actually better than it has been in over 20 years. I'm just having a moment....
