Add another Region 3 member to the list

A friend of mine informed me about the new Ammy Army forum, so I thought it would be a good idea to join. I'd assume a few of you reconize me from ABN (Tasha). I suppose I'm not really qualified to be a member of the Ammy Army, as I do show under a professional. However, I support what Del is doing 110% which is why I am here. Had there been something like the Ammy Army avaliable when I originally made my transition from hunter/jumper open shows to the Arabian world, I think it would have been a much easier process. The whole point of showing horses is to have fun, with or without a professional, so it's wonderful to see an additional option made for our junior and adult ammy riders/handlers. Other than that I'm from Region 3 (obviously), own one Purebred Arabian who I show in hunter pleasure, and that's about it.

Welcome aboard. Please don't think for one minute that you don't belong just because you have chosen to use the services of a talented trainer. In fact let me say in open forum..YOU DO BELONG, because now you can provide your fellow enthusiasts with insight into what you are learning during your campaigns:) Great to have ya.

I never thought about it that way Del, but you make an excellent point.

Thank you all for the warm welcome, and it does seem like we have a large collection of Region 3 members here! Though I will say I have always been impressed by Region 3 as a whole. We really do have some of the most wonderful people up here, who go out of their way to make sure the breed continues to grow in a positive direction.
