Looking for an Overnight stop

We're traveling along I10 from Houston Texas and looking for a place to stop about 1-2 hours east of El Paso. I'd need layup for my colt and accomidations for 2 people. I've been trying to find places around Ft Stockton, TX. Any leads would be appreciated!

I've actually come across a KOA campground that has horse pens and "kabins" for people and they are right off I10 so we'll see!
