PostSubject: Buckeye AOTR Challenge Classes~~Prize money!!! :)   Fri Feb 20, 2009 1:04 am

Prize money classes are now being offered for AOTR. If you need more information or a form to fill out your entry, I have everything that Cindy Clinton the show secretary emailed me and I can pass it along to you...sorry, I couldn't change the color of all the text. Here is the lowdown:
Buckeye AOTR Challenge Rules

Entries in this class must be properly enrolled into the Buckeye AOTR Challenge Program.

Enrollment Procedures:

· Applicant must complete and sign a Buckeye Challenge Enrollment form.

· A class must be designated at time of enrollment and or upon signing the contract.

· Refer to the Buckeye Challenge Enrollment form as to the cost to enroll into this program.

· Applicant must return the signed form with the required payment as specified in the form. Enrollment may be paid in full.

· Enrollment fee does not include the processing fee, entry fees, post entry fees, drug fees, stall fees, etc

· Substitution of horses is prohibited

· These classes are NOT USEF or AHA recognized; therefore these classes do NOT count for qualification points for either USEF or AHA programs.

· All horses at a recognized USEF show may be drug tested, and the drug rules of AHA/USEF are applicable.

You are entitled to a refund or may transfer your entry into another class. The Buckeye Sweepstakes Show Committee will retain a $15.00 processing fee when a class is cancelled.

· The judging system utilized by this program will be the same program used by the

Buckeye Sweepstakes Horse show.

The rules and specifications set forth in the current USEF rulebook will be utilized unless otherwise specified and noted hereinafter.

Entries will be shown and judged under the current class specifications set forth in the Arabian division of the USEF Rule Book for the specific AOTR class.

Prize money will be paid out as follows: 50% 1st; 20% 2nd ; 10% 3rd thru 5th.

· The Buckeye Sweepstakes Show Committee will decide all disputes and or issues that may arise and their decision shall be final.

  • If there should be any disputes arise concerning the rules of the program, and/or classes, the decision of the Buckeye Sweepstakes Show Committee will be final.

The Buckeye Sweepstakes Show committee has the right to amend these rules from time to time as it deems necessary, and may terminate the Buckeye AOTR Challenge program, or any portion thereof, at any time at their solediscretion.

The Buckeye Sweepstakes, the Buckeye Sweepstakes Show Committee, Extravaganza Committee, the Buckeye Arabian and Half Arabian Alliance and the Buckeye officers and Its employees, (collectively, hereinafter known as “the Buckeye”) shall not be held liable in any manner, whether in damages or otherwise in connection with this program.
