8 y/o Chestnut Stallion w/ Flaxen mane and lots of chrome

Gorgeous stallion winning ribbons in Halter at Open, Class A shows and was Top 5 at Region XII. Looking for someone to take him to the next step. "Sir Rah"is a great prospect for Hunter Pleasure and/or Western Pleasure. Sarafic is currently in Western Pleasure training. Easy going personality, great temperment, no spook and very smart. Loads, ties, clips, bathes, stands for farrier, loves to travel to shows and easy breeder (pasture and in hand). Really wants to please, wouldn't know he was a stallion. Sorry he is not Sweepstakes! Sarafic has thrown two beautiful chestnut fillies. The Purebred filly has flaxen mane with some flaxen in tail.

I LOVE this horse and don't want to get rid of him, but due to my recent back surgery and continued pain, riding may not be in my future. He has come a long way in the two years I've owned him. I have ridden him at the current trainer and he has the most wonderful lope. He's learning to slow down at the jog and is currently doing well setting his head. The trainer noted that he is extremely smart and has the aptitude for reining and cow work. I will only sell him to a performance show home. If he does not sell before the new show season, I will grit my teeth, take some meds and show him so that he will be qualified for Regionals (probably 9 & definitely 12). However, I do plan to geld him this winter, as I do not have the facilities to keep a stallion and can't afford to board him around this area.

Bloodlines include: *Namet, *Morafic, Fadjur and Sarouhk++.
Trainer(Halter & WP) and Veterinarian references available. Asking $6000 FIRM. Price will increase with training and showing.
