An "Invasion" on the East Coast?

Its really been exciting to read all the plans and hopes for Scottsdale!
Being an east coaster...I've never been, but it sounds like such an impressive show.

I wonder, while the East Coast Championship show isn't truly the same, would the Ammy Army want to organize/promote the same sort of invasion?

This year, it will be at the beautiful Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, VA! Didn't Shanara (sp?) sign up for the Region 15 person? Maybe we can generate the same interest, comraderie for the major East Coast show!

That's where SHN will be, correct? When is the ECC show?

I have shown at the East Coast Championships (Prize is a reserve Champion stallion at that show) and I think it is a great venue for the Ammy Army. In fact, if I get orders to the East Coast this summer you may have to count us in:)

SHNs is being held in KY in 2009....we used to have it rotate to the VA Horse Center, and we'll miss it (!) being there this year.

I am SO willing to help co-ordinate an invasion for East Coast. I'm hoping at least one of my girls qualifies to go so let's plan for that also. Del, what can I do to get interest jumping? I can start this while you're all in Scottsdale. I'm incredibly excited about 2009 thanks to the army

Maybe also get a press release going on the East Coast, send in to your free publications?
